I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL for a Silk Press/Trim, & Wash. It didn't last an hour, my daughter hair was damp and the way she trimmed her h...air was choppy..... $95 wasted!🤦🏻‍♀️ My honest opinion, I don't think she specialize in Silk Press.....Stick to styling Dreads. Show more

Good day! I’m sorry that you feel this way, and felt you needed to leave a negative review after our discussion. When you expressed your dissatisfaction, I asked that you allow me to finish the service. Upon finishing, I asked you to feel her hair and look at it etc. You confirmed that everything was good. Before leaving out, I suggested a cap to protect her hair from the rain and humidity... As it was very rainy and humid on Friday May 10th. You refused, and said you were going straight to the car. I did the best that I could, and offered precautions to protect her hair. I’m sorry it didn’t last, but I offered options, and you confirmed your satisfaction. I’m sorry we are not the salon for you. I wish you the best on your hair journey. ❤️
